Cereal & Milk at Kroger

In an ad similar to Publix, Kroger has a deal running thru tomorrow that if you buy 4certain items (specific kelloggs cereal, Nutri-grain Bars, Keebler Cookies & more) you get 2 gallons of mild. Kellogg's cereal was on sale for $2.50 I went with 2 (IP's from redplum.com) $1.50/2 Kelloggs coupons and when I rang up the cereal and milk, it gave me a $3 OYNO coupon. Basically made it $4 for 4 boxes of Fruit Loops & 2 gallons of milk. I plan on doing it again with some $1.50/2 Rice Krispie q's from redplum. Looks like I may have some milk for the CO-OP.

From a post that I read last night, Reach Toothbrushes are on sale for $1 each. I ran in to Kroger this morning an verified this. They are not the fancy ones, but they are toothbrushes. These would make a great donation to Family Promise or the CO-OP.

There is a B1G1 any Reach toothbrush in the 1/3/10 RP as well and if you have the $1.00/1 any toothbrush from the 6/14/09 then you can stack to get TWO free toothbrushes.

I'm not sure about the floss, but if it is on sale, use the $1.00/1 any floss 1/3/10 RP to make it free as well.

There is also a $1.00/1 any Reach Kids toothbrush as well in case they are included.

Free Dog Food??? Even better than I thought

Went to Publix looking for a hang tag on the wine bottles that I've heard about and found a pleasant surprise. They didn't have the one I was looking for, but when I went by the Pet Isle, I found the $2 peelie for Purina One. If Publix takes this along with the Publix Q for $3 off and the FLIP for $2 off, it would be a $2 money maker for each bag. I have seven sets of the coupons. Lets see if this works when I go to publix on my way back home from a birthday party.

HERE WE GO.....

Over the last year my wife and I have strived to learn how to save money on our groceries through couponing. Not that I'm a pro, but I feel like I can help people by posting my shopping lists and deals to a public forum. I was inspired to start this by my friend Heather at http://clippingforacause.blogspot.com/. She has started a ministry at our church, Lawrenceville First United Methodist Church, which I want to help with in as many ways as possible.
